coffee was good. However, the room felt like it needed a deep clean, as I noticed dust when checking in. The air conditioning woke me up several times, impacting my sleep. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and helpful during my stay.

Rugs had a lot of dirt and pigeon feathers!!! The heat pump for the pool was broken, leaving it cold and uninviting. The overall room size was cramped—two queen beds in a space that should have accommodated one!!! Please consider better maintenance!!!

The staff was helpful and responsive to needs.

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The room was unprepared upon arrival, and the bathroom sink was so loose that it almost detached when I turned it on. Additionally, there was loud traffic and music all night, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep.

I stayed one night in a Beautiful King Room. The staff was amazing, and the breakfast served was good. The coffee was great, and the room was clean. I felt really comfortable and safe here. Would definitely recommend it! 😊

The location is convenient, with several restaurants nearby, and breakfast featured excellent coffee. However, the pool area raised health concerns due to its poor maintenance, and the breakfast offerings were disappointing, with inedible options that were mostly fake. Noise from the pool area also disrupted sleep, as sounds traveled easily throughout the hotel. The room itself was clean, but overall, the experience was overshadowed by multiple issues.

This place is amazing! So comfortable and in a safe area. The room was clean, and the staff was fantastic—especially Stefan, who made our stay delightful. The breakfast was good, and Kayla, the cleaning lady, was incredibly attentive and ensured we had everything we needed.
